Schedule A Tour
Please be advised that The Pines on Lynnhaven River (“Property”), owned by Colony Pines Apartments, LLC (“Landlord”) and managed by McLeskey & Associates, LLC (“Agent”), is currently an active construction site. Not all the buildings and/or units have been completed or are ready for occupancy. Accordingly, portions of the Property may contain construction-related hazards such as unfinished or uneven surfaces, construction materials, equipment, debris, noise, dust, and other conditions that may present potential safety risks. The Landlord and Agent reserve the right to modify, restrict, postpone, or cancel any tour at any time due to construction activity, weather, safety concerns, or other site conditions.
By scheduling and/or attending a tour of the Property, you acknowledge that you have read the information above and been informed that the Property is an active construction site and conditions may change without notice. You voluntarily assume the risks associated with entering and touring an active construction site and agree to follow all instructions provided by Landlord, Agent, or their representatives, as well as all posted safety requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by Virginia law, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Landlord, Agent, contractors, and their respective employees, agents and representatives from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to your entry upon or tour of the Property, except to the extent such release is prohibited or unenforceable under applicable law.
